In 1960, LNEC creates the first Public Relations office of the Portuguese public administration. In a society with a rapid social, political, and technological development, LNEC was experiencing a time of dynamism and institutional statement. The creation of the first Public Relations office, in a particular area such as public administration, shows an emblematic cutting edge spirit.
