LNEC hosts The Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference in April2025-02-14 LNEC will host The Fifth International Dam World Conference (DW2025), a reference event in the field of dam engineering, from April 13 to 17, 2025. This conference, which had its first edition in 2012 in Brazil, returns to the in-person format after the 2020 online version, held during the pandemic. With the theme "Preserving lives through dams," the event brings together experts from around the world to discuss challenges, solutions, and innovations in the sector. The DW2025 program also includes thematic sessions, pre-conference intensive courses, and debates on critical issues in dam engineering. Additionally, technical and cultural visits will be organized, providing an enriching experience for participants.
