        RESEARCH ACTIVITY


        • Was engaged in various national and international research projects, securing external funding.
        • Conducted studies and appraisals focused on housing quality, building regulations, and assessment of buildings condition.
        • Participated in various technical commissions and working groups dedicated to formulating building regulations, with a special emphasis on accessibility and buildings rehabilitation.
        • Disseminated the outcomes of the research and development activities through scientific and technical documents, presentations, lectures, scientific meetings, and websites.
        • Supervised doctoral theses, master's dissertations, and internships at LNEC.
        • Participated in juries for academic exams, integrated scientific and organising committees of meetings, and reviewed manuscripts for scientific journals.
