        Areas of Research / Interest

I am interested in all aspects of geomorphology, with a particular focus on tidal inlets and barrier systems along sandy shores. I combine numerical modelling of the physical processes involved in the transport of coastal sediments, with geomorphological observations and meteocean data. My research aim to better understand relationships between climate a coastal morphdynamics, at temporal scales ranging from seasons to several decades.

        Research and Professional Activity

I currently work on the development of a system for forecasting morphological evolutions of sandy shores. The main objective is to build an operational tool which would allow to reduce coastal risks during storms.
