        RESEARCH ACTIVITY

        Currently involved in the MAD WINDS project, which aims to identify critical flow regimes with enhanced precision and establish acceptability criteria for flight disturbances, integrating data from advanced monitoring technologies (LiDAR/RADAR), flight records and regional weather stations, ultimately providing a solid foundation for revising and optimizing Madeira Airport’s operational limits.
