The 2nd International Conference on CO₂ Mineralization in Construction Materials and Products (CMCMP2026) will be held from 15 to 17 July 2026 at LNEC, in Lisbon. The conference is organized by LNEC, Hunan University (HNU) and the Asian Concrete Federation (ACF), as part of a conference series launched in 2024 focused on the use of carbon dioxide as a driver for sustainable redesigning of construction materials and products.

The event will bring together experts from academia, industry and public authorities to discuss scientific advances, emerging technologies and innovative applications of captured CO₂ for mineralization of construction materials and products. Key topics include cement-based materials, recycled concrete, industrial byproducts, as well as durability and microstructure issues.
