LNEC received several guided visits in 2024, welcoming hundreds of students interested in getting to know its facilities, the history of the Laboratory and the projects that have been developed by its team of researchers.

Reinforcing its commitment to scientific and technical dissemination, through guided visits that allow the public to learn more about the work developed, LNEC, thus, puts into practice the motto "from engineering to society".

The visits are mainly aimed at students and professionals from different areas of engineering, promoting a better understanding of LNEC's contributions to the development of civil engineering in Portugal and the world.

O LNEC recebeu várias visitas guiadas em 2024, acolhendo centenas de interessados em conhecer as suas instalações, a história do Laboratório e os projetos que têm sido desenvolvidos pela sua equipa de investigadores.

Reforçando o seu compromisso com a divulgação científica e técnica, através de visitas guiadas que permitem ao público conhecer mais de perto o trabalho desenvolvido, o LNEC coloca, assim, em prática o mote "da engenharia para a sociedade".

As visitas são, maioritariamente, destinadas a estudantes e profissionais das diferentes áreas de engenharia, promovendo um melhor entendimento sobre as contribuições do LNEC para o desenvolvimento da engenharia civil em Portugal e no mundo.

LNEC welcomes hundreds of visitors on guided tours
