LNEC, represented by Sandra Vieira, took part in the Trendline Conference held in The Hague and organised by SWOV under the European Trendline project.

LNEC contributed to the collection and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on speed, distraction while driving, and compliance at pedestrian crossings.

The event brought together 32 European organisations to promote road safety policies based on reliable and comparable data.

Main topics included:

First KPI results and comparison;

Methods for developing new indicators;

KPI potential to support public policies;

Next project phases.
