The NATURELAB project, coordinated by LNEC, was present at the Wellbeing Festival 2025, held at the Parque de Jogos 1º de Maio in Lisbon.

Over three days, NATURELAB's stand welcomed hundreds of visitors, who had the opportunity to learn about the importance of nature-based therapies (NBT) and nature-based solutions (NBS) for health and sustainability.

The space was hosted not only by LNEC but also by the project partners, the Câmara Municipal de Sintra and the Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação, and was visited by LNEC’s Vice-President, Eng. Eduardo Fortunato. More than 250 people completed the NATURELAB questionnaire, sharing their views, offering praise, and recognising the project’s significance. Visitors were able to take home informative materials and enjoy nature, health, and wellbeing-themed giveaways, appealing to all ages, including children.

This initiative reinforces NATURELAB's mission: to promote human wellbeing in harmony with environmental balance.
