On 11 February, International Day of Women and Girls in Science, LNEC joins in the celebration by highlighting the contribution of women who advance science and engineering every day.

It is also a time to remember that a girl's curiosity today can be the basis for great solutions tomorrow. By giving visibility to these paths, we want to show younger generations that there is room for them in science - and that their impact can be real.

No dia 11 de fevereiro, Dia Internacional das Mulheres e Raparigas na Ciência, o LNEC associa-se à celebração destacando o contributo das mulheres que todos os dias fazem avançar a ciência e a engenharia.

É também um momento para lembrar que a curiosidade de uma rapariga hoje pode ser a base de grandes soluções amanhã. Ao dar visibilidade a estes percursos, queremos mostrar às gerações mais novas que há espaço para elas na ciência - e que o seu impacto pode ser real.
