As part of the CONNECT project, LNEC organised, on March 13th, the "CONNECT service demonstration session - Use case #1, Tagus Estuary". The CONNECT project provides, through its webSIG portal, a local maritime monitoring service integrating numerical model analyzes and observations to provide physical and biogeochemical data from Portuguese estuaries to the Copernicus Marine Service (CMEMS). 

In this demonstration session, the CONNECT service applied to the Tagus Estuary was presented. There were members of APA, APL, CML, DGRM, ICNF, IH, IPMA and ANP/WWF at the session.

The CONNECT project is coordinated by LNEC and has MARE - FCUL as partners.
