Among the various activities developed in the Division of Computer Infrastructures - DIEI, the following stand out: - Proposing and supporting the acquisition of equipment, applications, and other IT resources, including the elaboration of technical specifications and consultation with suppliers;
- Providing user support through the Helpdesk service, particularly in the use, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as the installation, configuration, and use of applications;
- Planning, installing, configuring, and managing network and communication equipment, including telephony;
- Proposing and implementing procedures and policies for IT resource utilization and security;
- Developing, maintaining, and configuring applications that support LNEC's activities;
- Managing the IT equipment inventory of users, servers under their control, printing equipment, telecommunication devices, and network infrastructure, among others;
- Managing network services, authentication, email, data storage, backup, databases, and service portals;
- Creating and managing user accounts for IT resource access;
- Monitoring system and IT resource availability and security.
