Project Management Office

The main activities of the Project Management Office (GGP) are:

To support the Board of Directors on planning and monitoring LNEC’s activity;
To develop financial performance indicators, aiming to management and decision making support;
To support LNEC’s Departments in studies and research projects, both national and international, in its budgetary and financial aspects;
To follow negotiation processes with financing organizations, as well as the development of contractual processes;
To prepare financial implementation reports required by the financing organizations, according to previously established requirements;
To monitor the financial performance of ongoing studies and research projects and keep all related information updated.
