CICE 2025: Lisbon to Host International Conference on FRP Composites in Civil Engineering2025-02-19 With only a few months left until the 12th International Conference on Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composites in Civil Engineering (CICE 2025), preparations are in full swing for the event taking place from July 14 to 16, 2025, at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon. Organized by Instituto Superior Técnico, LNEC, and the University of Minho, this conference continues a series that began in 2001, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and regulations in the use of composite materials in construction. The program features keynote lectures by renowned experts, 17 special sessions, and the presentation of over 440 accepted research papers. Additionally, attendees can participate in technical visits to LNEC and Instituto Superior Técnico, a student competition, and a gala dinner by the Tagus River. On July 17, CICE 2025 will offer three short courses on European standards and advanced modeling of FRP materials. Early registration is open until April 15, 2025.
