LNEC researchers Alberto Azevedo, Ana Catarina Zózimo and Gonçalo de Jesus took part in the kick-off meeting of the Climate-Adapt4EOSC project , which was held in Athens.

The main objective of the Climate-ADAPT4EOSC project is to significantly strengthen the capacity of European scientific communities to address climate change by fostering interoperability and innovation.

The Kick-off meeting of the Climate-Adapt4EOSC project marks its formal integration into the expanding European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) ecosystem. The project brings together 18 partner organisations from 9 countries. Over the next four years, Climate-Adapt4EOSC will develop a suite of fully interoperable solutions, FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data resources, and innovative climate services, providing researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders with advanced tools for data retrieval, processing, and analysis.
